Daboss Polytechnic is private Polytechnic that is situated in idominasi,Osun State along Osogbo Ilesa Road.
Daboss Polytechnic was established by Engineer Dr Adedayo Shobowale who is also the rector of the institution.District Polytechnic was established in 2021 and had its second matriculation excerise in 2025 with the dignitaries including monarch head and the founder was also present.
Daboss Polytechnic was established with the vison of providing technical and vocational education while it is geared by its mission to produce employabe graduates equiped with vocational and technical skills, interpersonal abilities,strong Character and the capacity for self improvement.
Amenities and facilities are also available at the institution in order to provide easy study and convenience for the students. Various amenities and facilities available in the institution includes spacious classroom, laboratories and workshop, Library and resources and ICT Center.

Admission Requirement
° Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level credit passes in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or an equivalent examination.
° The five credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
° Candidates applying for ND programmes must have a valid JAMB UTME registration number, appropriate subject combination, and meet the departmental requirements.
° For Engineering courses and other such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Electrical Electronics Engineering, candidates must have credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics,Chemistry and One other relevant science or technical subject
° National Technician Certificate (NTC) in a relevant electrical trade is accepted if it includes credit passes in Mathematics, Physics, English Language, and two other relevant subjects.
° Candidates with an NBTE-recognized Preliminary National Diploma (Pre-ND) with the required core science subjects may also be considered.

Daboss Polytechnic School Fees For all Courses
School Fees is cheap in Daboss Polytechnic and also on top of the package is scholarship that is available for some set of students up to 50% that is like paying absolutely nothing but for those with no scholarship they are meant to pay school fees.
For ND courses the school Fees range from ₦40,000-₦60,000 per session while HND courses school fees can range from ₦40,000-₦50,000 per session.

Hostel accommodation is available in Daboss Polytechnic for as many who wants to stay in the school hostel or whose sponsor who like them to stay in the school hostel the Polytechnic has promised quality so expect a better amenities and hostel.
