Coastal Polytechnic was established by its founder Professor Alexander Favour Okwuashi who is a well known educationist for many years. Coastal Polytechnic was established in 2020.

• Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in WAEC, NECO, or equivalent examinations.
• Candidates must obtain a satisfactory score in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) For that particular admission year
• Candidates with relevant diplomas or certifications may be eligible for Direct Entry/advanced placement into their desired programmes.
